our sessions

At Shoreditch Pilates, our studio ethos is for every session to be tailored to your individual needs based on your mood, energy levels, previous pilates and exercise experience, any injuries you are working with, postural and structural considerations, and your aims - whether that’s simply feeling strong and mobile in your body, or if you're training for an event, we're here to get you there…you might hate us during the class, but we know you’ll love us by the end!

Our classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of three clients in each, so you’ll always receive the individual attention, modifications and support you need to achieve your goals. Every class has a central core of exercises that everyone will be moving through, but these can be tailored to each body in the room as needed. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our General Group Reformer (or a couple of private training sessions) until you feel confident in your practice, before advancing to Intermediate Group Reformer.

We only work with Pilates teachers who have an accredited comprehensive qualification, and who place value on their continuing education. Most importantly, they are teachers in the true sense of the word, who want to help you foster the relationship between your mind and your body. Our aim is for you to really learn about yourself and your movement patterns in our classes and sessions, and cumulatively build your own practice and body awareness to get you feeling your best - and crack the perfect teaser or two along the way. See you on the reformer!

PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • Pilates personal training provides an opportunity to delve deep into current or past injuries, or focus on future goals. We have a wealth of experience within the team to accommodate anything from surgical recovery to work related back pain, and regularly liaise with consultants, physiotherapists and doctors to provide wrap around care. Our knowledge also allows us to push and progress triathletes, weekend warriors and those just looking to prehab their gym routine. Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements.
